Excitement

Monday I will know if I am going forward to the next step of the position I applied before Christmas or not. I truly hope I go to the next phase, if not then I will challenge their decision;)
For the period of time I have been in my current position I have had 3 different managers! It is amazing to see the differences in their managing styles. Observing all of them, made me see what made them excel! I learned their calmness, focus and being detail oriented are the traits that made them successful.

It seems this year is officially the year of babies! 3 of my friends are pregnant! I think the best time to give birth is during spring and summer! the great weather makes it easier for the mom and the baby! saying that I wonder how my mom survived with me, being a winter baby!
